Originally presented as part of the Lower Manhattan Cultural Council's 2006 Art in Public Places program the initial creation of a 50 page free newsprint edition was drawn from the collected  mayoral correspondence which I imaged at the Municipal Archives of the City of New York.  In 2009, a book length version of the project was published by Steidl-Miles.
