in 2013 St. Cloud State University invited me to build a project based on their recently de-accessioned 35mm slide collection.

I proceeded to sort through this arbitrary remnant of the history of the visual arts and selected images that resonated with me 

personally, the context and the art department's exhibition space. Each piece  was resolved as a 12" x 12" archival inkjet print mounted to masonite.
